This treasure, which has survived nearly two centuries, is undeniably hypnotic. The blue sapphire center stone is surrounded by old cut diamonds in an arrangement reminiscent of an enchanting blue eye. It's possible that the yellow gold shank was revived or replaced at some point along its mighty long life.
